Flour Sack Quilt Top Apron Fits Sizes L-XL

This vintage fabric apron is created from an old lap quilt.

The beige background fabric features several unusual designs, including a large starburst design in the middle. Surrounding the star are animal and people designs. The edges have a picket-fence design. A variety of vintage fabric make up these designs -- please see the photos for the shapes and colors.

One of the corners has been folded down to create the apron top edge. The neck and waist ties are created from vintage flour sack fabric. The waist ties are extra-long so you can wrap them around front to knot as shown in photo four.

Special notes about this apron to consider before purchase:
- There are a few spots on the front.
- The back of the apron has black stencil marks.
- This quilt top was hand stitched, allowing the fabric to stretch -- it may not keep its' shape with frequent washing. Remember to cold water wash and lay flat to dry.
- There are a few spots where the threads are loose due to the fabric age.

The apron bodice measures 12 1/2 inches wide.
The waist is 34 inches.
The length is 35 inches from the top center to the hemline.
The ties are each 41 inches.
This apron best fits sizes large or extra large.
