Shipping

Orders of multiple children's aprons, or of items from the gifts and pillows section, will qualify for a shipping overage credit. Shipping upgrades are available. Please contact me for prices. No matter the shipping methods, deliveries are taking about a day longer than usual. The USPS has noted the delivery service delays on its' website.

Shipping currently is only available to the United States because of extended delays. I will return to international shipping as soon as possible. When I return to making international shipments, all customs and duties fees to receive your package are the responsibility of the buyer. Excess shipping fees will be refunded after shipment. Please keep in mind international shipments takes about a month.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns and exchange details

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers who live in European Union countries who are subject to regulations by the EU Directive on Consumer Rights have the opportunity to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. A form will be provided for your convenience. If you do not receive this form with your order or by email, please contact the shop for one.

Additional

Per Etsy policy, refunds cannot be made after 180 days of purchase. Buyers must initiate contact with me if their purchase failed to arrive by mail. Tracking information must confirm it was not delivered before a refund is issued. This shop is not responsible for stolen items after delivery.
