Beautiful Christmas fabric in a poinsettia design is the basis for this women's old-fashioned apron for the holidays. The deep red of the fabric background is the perfect color for the poinsettia print in cream, white and green. Light brown pine cones, as well as many cream and white flower blossoms, add to the print. The pocket is made from a vintage cream-color doily with a corner embroidered holly design in red and green. The doily is surrounded with green thread, and dark red buttons highlight the top corners. Buttons also highlight the vintage cream-colored lace going across the bodice. The same lace is stacked in three rows across the skirt. The apron is trimmed in deep red.
